With the manufacturing files, you can afford to replace your bumper every wheeling season!
Solid front axle trucks might need to slightly modify the bumper to fit.
Some trimming of the grill behind the winch might be necessary depending on the winch.
- Available in bent or flat configurations if you don't have a press brake or want to build out of 1/8" AR400!
- Originally designed for primarily 3/16" steel but you can fabricate out of aluminum or stainless of any thickness
- Frame mount plates are .438" thick
- 3/4" thick shackle mounts that extend through the bumper
- Everything is tabbed for perfect alignment
- No shipping costs or long lead times to deal with
- You are paying $300+ in shipping fees with traditional manufacturers whether you realize it or not!

- Easily customized by adding logos, cutouts, or light mounts before cutting
- Biggest pieces are 27"x8.5" and 37"x18" so should work on virtually every size table

You need a press brake at least 27" long if you purchase the bent patterns
- 3D scan of truck is not included and not available to purchase
- I recommend using a laser instead of a plasma due to the precision needed for tabs and slots and reduced cleanup time
