Built to Take a Beating

• Available in bent or flat patterns (coming soon)—no press brake? No problem
• Designed for 3/16" steel, but aluminum or stainless works too
• Biggest pieces: 38.7"x4.75" and 34.8"x23.5"—fits most tables
• Bent patterns require press brake at least 22" long
• Tabs and slots make alignment idiot-proof, minimal welding required
• Weld-on bolt head protector rings included
• Front skid has extra bracing to support the center against the crossmember
• Weight: 89 lbs (10ga) or 117 lbs (3/16")

(Does not fit KDSS-equipped GX470s.)

Materials You’ll Need

• Steel or aluminum sheet, 25 sq.ft.
• (10) M8-1.25x40mm bolts + flat washers (supplied by you)
• (3) 3/8-16x1" carriage bolts + washers & nuts (supplied by you)
• (2) aluminum spacers for 3/8" bolts x 5/8" tall (supplied by you)

• Individual 2D DXF files for CNC laser/plasma cutting
