Built to Take a Beating

Bent or flat patterns—build with 1/8" AR400 or whatever metal you like
Originally designed for 3/16" steel, but aluminum or stainless works too
Biggest pieces: 48.7"x13.1" and 31"x26.1"—fits almost any table
Bent patterns require a press brake at least 23" long
Weld-on bolt head protector rings included
Only two 1" welds optional (on bent pattern) but feel free to add extra gussets
Weight: 125 lbs (3/16") or 90 lbs (10ga)
Cats protected from theft
Front skid wide enough to shield low-hanging radiator
Engine oil drain hole included

(Will not fit V6 Tundras. Sequoia fitment unconfirmed—2000-2004 models need recessed rear skid pocket.)

What You’ll Need

Steel or aluminum sheet, 25 sq.ft.
(9) M8-1.25x35mm bolts + washers + (2) nuts (supplied by you)
(2) 3/8-16x1.5" bolts (or M8-1.25x90mm), washers, nuts, 1.5" fender washers (supplied by you)
(4) #14x1" self-tapping screws (optional for extra rear skid strength)
(2) aluminum spacers for 3/8" bolts x 5/8" tall (for 4WD models)

Requires match-drilling: (2) 3/8" holes in the frame rails and (2) in the rear crossmember.
