2007-2021 Tundra Front Bumper Manufacturing Drawings V1
For the guys who trust a welder more than a shipping company.
If you’ve ever said “I can build that cheaper,” this is your chance to prove it. Or start your own fabrication business.
Skip the Wait. Build It Yourself.
This is a digital file package that lets you get your bumper cut at a local shop—usually for around $400 or less for ready-to-weld metal.
No shipping bill that makes you question your life choices. You are paying $300+ in shipping fees with traditional manufacturers whether you realize it or not!
No crate showing up beat to hell.
No waiting 6–10 weeks while your truck just sits there judging you.
Designed So You Don’t Have to Fight It
This thing actually fits. Crazy concept.
- Designed by an engineer (yeah, one of those)
- Built and test-fit on real trucks
- Everything is tabbed and slotted, so it lines up right the first time.
You can even tack it together on your workbench—no crawling around on the floor trying to hold 3 pieces at once like a circus act.
No Fancy Equipment? No Problem.
Don’t have a press brake? Most guys don’t.
- Redesigned for flat fabrication
- Works great with 1/8" AR400 for possibly the highest strength-to-weight ratio bumper out there
- Bent version available if you’ve got the toys (minimum 36" long brake)
- I can ship you the laser-cut 3/4" thick shackle mounts
Use whatever material you trust—steel, stainless, aluminum—it’s your build.
Built Like Toyota's Should Be
No thin junk pretending to be “off-road ready.”
- 10ga structure
- 3/8" thick frame mounts
- 3/4" shackle mounts that go all the way through (Coastal Offroad has you weld multiple plates together for only 0.56" thick mounts)
Weighs about 85 lbs, so your suspension won’t immediately file a complaint.
Works With Real Gear
- Fits Badland 12K and Warn VR EVO winches (move the solenoid and call it a day)
- Light mounts fit Baja Designs S2, Diode Dynamics SSC2, and similar
- 2007-2013 Rock Warrior or Limited trim trucks will need to cut their plastic bumper and retain the upper half
No Extra Headaches (For Once)
- No power steering cooler relocation
- Slotted mounts for up to 1/2" body lift
- Got parking sensors? Drill the holes and you’re in business
- I recommend laser cutting over plasma for cleaner, more precise tabs and slots with less prep before welding.
Make It Yours (Because You Will Anyway)
Let’s be honest—you’re going to tweak it.
- Add your logo
- Cut vents or extra light holes
- Change whatever you want before it hits the table
That’s kind of the whole point.
What You Get
- DXF files for CNC cutting
- STEP file so you can see how it all fits together
- Bend drawings (PDF + DWG)
Send it to your local shop and start burning wire or start your own business.
If you want a precise fabrication cost, I can coordinate directly with your local shop and provide a finalized quote before you commit
Material List (Short and Sweet)
- 10ga sheet 18 sqft
- 1/4" sheet 0.5 sqft
- 3/4" sheet 0.5 sqft
- 1.75" dia. .120" wall tube, 48" (optional hoop)
Biggest parts fit on pretty much any decent table.
Want Something Custom?
Got a different idea? Want changes? Building something weird?
I take custom design requests—whether it’s tweaks to this bumper or something completely different.
If you can explain it (or sketch it on a napkin), I can probably design it.
Bottom Line
Build it. Beat on it. Fix it. Build another.
Way more satisfying than staring at a tracking number.
Fine Print
Make as many as you want for yourself or your shop.
Just don’t share or resell the files.
