2014-2021 Tundra Front Bumper Manufacturing Drawings V2

$300.00
Do You Have A Way To Bend Sheetmetal?
Do You Need 3/4" Shackle Mounts Shipped To Your Door?

For the guys who trust a welder more than a shipping company.

If you’ve ever looked at a $2,000 bumper and thought, “I can build that,” now you can.

This digital CAD package allows you to have the bumper CNC cut locally and welded yourself—typically for around $500 or less in ready-to-weld material when outsourced, or substantially less if you have access to your own fabrication equipment.

  • No massive freight bill hidden in the final price
  • No damaged pallet showing up at your door
  • No 6–12 week lead times

Just production-ready fabrication files built for real-world fabrication.

V2 Design Updates

The latest revision improves both strength and fabrication efficiency:

  • Improved transition from bumper to skid plate
  • Additional lower crossmember mounting points for increased rigidity
  • Increased winch clearance
  • Compatible with Diode Dynamics SS3 pods
  • Fits 30" single-row light bars
  • Additional bends in bent version reduce welding time and improve fit-up

Designed for Fabrication

This bumper was designed to go together cleanly and accurately.

  • Engineered using professional CAD workflows
  • Built and test-fit on real trucks
  • Tab-and-slot construction for precise alignment
  • Designed for efficient tack-up and assembly

The goal was simple: minimize unnecessary fabrication frustration while maintaining strength and clean fitment.

Fabrication Options

No press brake? No problem.

The flat-fabrication version was specifically redesigned to work well without complex equipment and performs well in 1/8" AR400 for an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.

Options include:

  • Flat fabrication version
  • Bent version for shops with press brake access (36"+ brake recommended)
  • Optional laser-cut 3/4" shackle mounts available separately

Compatible with steel, stainless, or aluminum depending on your build goals.

Built for Real Use

This is not thin cosmetic sheet metal pretending to be off-road armor.

  • 10ga structural components
  • 3/8" frame mounts
  • 3/4" through-mounted recovery points
  • Approximate finished weight: 85 lbs

Designed to balance strength, recovery capability, and reasonable weight.

Winch & Lighting Compatibility

Compatible with:

  • Badland 12K winches
  • Warn VR EVO series
  • Baja Designs S2
  • Diode Dynamics SSC2
  • Similar compact lighting systems

Depending on winch size, minor power steering cooler adjustment or relocation may be required.

Builder-Friendly Details

  • Slotted mounts support up to 1/2" body lift
  • Parking sensor compatible: Drill the holes and you’re in business
  • Laser cutting recommended for best tab-and-slot precision and reduced prep work

Make It Your Own

One of the biggest advantages of fabrication files is flexibility.

Modify the design however you want:

  • Add logos
  • Add or remove lighting
  • Modify venting
  • Customize plate work

You control the final build.

Included Files

  • DXF flat patterns
  • STEP assembly file
  • PDF bend drawings

Send the files directly to your local fabrication shop and start building.

If you would like an accurate fabrication estimate before purchasing, I can coordinate directly with your local shop to provide a finalized quote.

Custom Design Work

Need changes or a completely different setup?

Custom design requests are available for:

  • bumper modifications
  • custom skid systems
  • one-off fabrication concepts

If you can sketch it, there’s a good chance it can be designed.
